A Unity loan of £70,000 assisted The Glendale Gateway Trust in refurbishing 4 affordable homes and purchasing five properties creating 16 bed spaces. The Trust supports the community of Glendale, spanning 250 square miles and manages a community and business centre, commercial properties and affordable housing.
