Eldon Housing Association provides a range of housing options for older people. They help the elderly community in the London Borough of Croydon to remain independent.
Focusing on caring management, they have built a portfolio of properties across the borough for predominately older service users. Their properties are specifically designed to meet the needs of their clients.
Unity provided loans totalling £5.8m, enabling Eldon Housing Association to acquire 31 new homes. These are available to rent as affordable housing. The bank also helped to finance a development programme to provide supported accommodation in Croydon.
