Unity Trust Bank further improves customer experience with online enhancements

Birmingham based Unity Trust Bank has announced two new exciting online enhancements for its customers.

The Bank, which provides commercial banking for socially minded organisations, has today launched a new online application facility, which enables customers to apply online for a new current or savings account, saving customers time, reducing paperwork and speeding up the processing time. As part of this change, paper applications will be accepted until 31st May 2017.

The new online application can be accessed directly from the Bank’s new-look website built by Jask Creative, which also launches today as part of a wider brand refresh. With a striking look and feel, streamlined content and improved navigation, the website offers an enhanced experience for existing and prospective customers.
