Essential Maintenance

Due to essential maintenance work on the Confirmation of Payee service, we won’t be able to check and verify the payee details entered for new beneficiaries between 10pm on Wednesday 14 May and 2am on Thursday 15 May, 2025.

We therefore strongly recommend you delay making payments to new beneficiaries or updating beneficiary details until after 2am on Thursday 15 May, when the account details can again be verified.

Any payments submitted and not verified are made at your own risk. Payments to existing beneficiaries will not be affected.
