As a socially minded bank, we’re striving to reduce our carbon footprint. That’s why we’d like to encourage you to switch to online statements, reducing the amount of paper we use.

Benefits:

• View and download your account statements directly from the ‘Statements’ menu within Internet Banking. Statements will be available one working day after your statement date
• View and download your statements in a range of formats to suit your needs including PDF, CSV, MSMoney, Quicken (QIF), Sage or OFX form
• Access up to 2 years’ historic statement information
• Manage email notification alerts to ensure you, or a nominated contact, has up-to-date access to your statements, as required

It’s easy to switch to online statements. Simply log on to Internet Banking and select ‘Go paperless’ from the Statements menu.
